Who was Layse? Layse Costa Pinheiro, a psychologist at the educational center, also had a strong presence at Cefet and in the academic field. A federal civil servant since 2014, she placed first in the psychologist exam. From 2014 to 2017, she worked in people management, and from 2017 onwards, she worked in School Psychology. Graduating from UERJ, she had a specialization in Human Resources Management and started a Master’s in Social Psychology, which was interrupted in 2017. Layse also taught in the extension course ‘Organizational Psychology,’ linked to the Production Center of UERJ. On her social media, Layse identified herself as a feminist, anti-racist psychologist committed to defending minorities. She professed a passion for music and ballroom dancing.
