Memphis Depay found himself in an unusual situation with Corinthians. The striker missed the team’s training session on Tuesday (28) after requesting to land a helicopter at CT Joaquim Grava. The Dutchman was in Rio de Janeiro and on Monday expressed the desire to arrive at the Training Center by helicopter. The request was granted by the Corinthians’ board. The landing was scheduled for early afternoon, but due to bad weather in the Rio de Janeiro, the aircraft could not take off, so Memphis remained in Rio de Janeiro.
