The company is establishing partnerships with US-based contractors to collaborate with local talents for the creation of characters that will enhance its AI-driven chatbots. To ensure seamless communication with users in specific regions, Meta is compensating workers, who are proficient in languages like Hindi, Indonesian, Spanish, and others, with hourly rates reaching up to $55.
