Microsoft Plans $7.9B Investment in UAE Until 2029

US tech giant Microsoft recently revealed its plan to invest a significant $7.9 billion in the United Arab Emirates over the period of 2026 to 2029. This investment will primarily target advancements in AI and cloud infrastructure, as reported by Anadolu. The company highlighted that a new AI initiative began back in 2023 with the support of both the US and UAE governments. In total, Microsoft aims to pour $15.2 billion into the UAE over seven years, encompassing various aspects of this initiative.
