Minister Atchannaidu: What Can We Do About the Storms… Let’s Reduce the Losses

Minister Atchannaidu visited the Punadipadu village in Kankipadu mandal of Krishna district to inspect the damage caused by the recent storm, which destroyed crops such as paddy and pulses. He mentioned, ‘CM Chandrababu, known for his bias against farmers, is neglecting the government’s responsibilities towards them.’ He further discussed the severity of the storm and highlighted that no lives or properties were lost due to the efforts put in by the government. The initial assessment revealed damage to rice crops on 1.50 lakh hectares and the loss of horticulture crops on 12,500 hectares. Former Chief Minister Jagan, responding to criticisms, denied any wrongdoings.
