Mosbirzha closes one of the largest office market deals

Mosbirzha has closed one of the largest deals in the office real estate market this year. They acquired around 30,000 sq. m from Sezar Group in the ‘City-4’ tower (previously known as ‘Empire II’) in the business center ‘Moscow-City.’ According to three consultants who worked on this project, the construction of the complex is still ongoing, with its completion planned for the first half of 2027. Representatives of both parties have confirmed the transaction. Mosbirzha explained that having their own building will allow them to consolidate all group structures in one place, improving communication and business processes. Currently, their employees are located in buildings on Spartakovskaya Street and Bolshoi Kislovsky Lane. Last year, Mosbirzha also leased 5,400 sq. m in the flexible office Business Club on Gazetny Lane in the heart of the capital.
