Mumbai’s Gleneagles Hospital Performs 165 Successful Liver Transplants for Gujarat Patients

Gleneagles Hospital in Mumbai, located in Parel, has achieved a major milestone by completing 165 successful liver transplants for patients from Gujarat, making it a leading center in India for liver care and transplantation. The hospital has now completed over 1000 successful liver transplant surgeries, under the leadership of a team recognized at both national and international levels. The team includes Dr. Amit Mandoth (Director – Hepatology), Dr. Anurag Shrimal (Director – Liver Transplant and HPB Surgery), and Dr. Vibhor Borkar (Director – Pediatric Liver Transplant). The hospital is now focusing on providing more convenience to patients and reducing the travel burden during long journeys for evaluations.
