Scientists in a clinical study published in Alzheimer’s Research & Therapy found that individualized training combining movement and cognitive tasks may slow down dementia development in early stages, as reported by Zakon.kz. The experiment involved 41 participants with mild impairments caused by Alzheimer’s disease. Some of them followed the Brain Training Program, which included both physical exercise and cognitive activities.
