NRA to Start Selling TV Advertising to New ‘Small’ Brands

The National Advertising Alliance (NRA, which controls the sale of over 90% of advertisements on Russian TV) will launch a special offer for advertising on national TV for small Russian producers starting in 2026. This initiative aims to reach small businesses that have not previously had a presence on broadcasters’ airwaves, NRA CEO Alexey Tolstogan announced at the National Advertising Forum (NRF) on Wednesday, November 12. The special package will be valid for one month, with a cost ranging from 100,000 to 15 million rubles, excluding VAT. The package may include placements on national TV or in regional blocks of 22 cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, among others.
