India is sending more than 700 personnel from the Armed Forces and Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff to take part in Exercise Bright Star 2025, a multinational military drill in the Middle East. The exercise is set to be held in Egypt from August 28 to September 10 and will feature participation from 43 countries, with 13 sending direct military contingents and 30 as observers.
