Pakistan and Egypt have agreed to strengthen collaboration in political dialogue, defense, trade, and counterterrorism efforts, following high-level talks in Islamabad on Monday. The understanding was announced during a joint press conference by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Ahmed Mohamed Abdelatty at the Foreign Office. Dar described Egypt as an important partner in the Muslim world and highlighted the need to expand political engagement, economic partnerships, and defense cooperation between the two nations.
