Banco do Brasil (BBAS3) reported that due to the reduction in the payout (percentage of profit paid as dividends) from 40%-45% to 30%, approved by the Administration on August 13, 2025, dividends for the third quarter of 2025 will be fully paid on December 11, 2025, without early payment. Initially, the distribution was scheduled for September 12, considering the share position on September 2, 2025. BB Seguridade (BBSE3) announced that Rosiane Barbosa Laviola and André Gustavo Borba Assumpção Haui have resigned from the positions of Vice President of the Board of Directors and Board Member, respectively. Auren Energia (AURE3) carried out the total early redemption of its fourth issuance of debentures on Wednesday, with a remaining principal value of R$2.2 billion. Valid (VLID3) reported that Alaska Investimentos Ltda announced on August 20, 2025, that its stake in the company’s common shares has exceeded 40%, reaching 32,756,430 shares (40.02%). Alaska clarified that the increase in stake is for financial operations only, with no intention to alter the company’s control or administrative structure. EspaçoLaser (ESPA4) MPM Corpóreos signed a financing agreement with FINAME and BNDES, securing a credit line of up to R$100 million. The funds can be used for equipment acquisition, modernization of units, and associated working capital.
