PNB Scam Case: Will Fugitive Mehul Choksi Return to India? Bail Plea to be Heard by SC on 9th

Fugitive diamond trader Mehul Choksi, who is the main accused in the 13,000 crore Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam, is set to have his bail plea heard by the Supreme Court on the 9th. Choksi, who fled to Antigua and Barbuda, is facing charges of defrauding PNB of billions. The SC Commission met with the chairperson of SC Commission, requesting support for the welfare of Scheduled Castes. Deputy Commissioner was also issued a strict order following a notice to Pratap Singh Bajwa from the SC Commission.
