Participants of a protest action in Tbilisi completely blocked car traffic on Rustaveli Avenue and Freedom Square, as reported by Sputnik Georgia. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic had previously issued a statement urging protesters not to break the law. There have been reports of clashes with the police, with the latter using tear gas against the demonstrators.
