President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, had a phone conversation with the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, during which he congratulated him on his 75th birthday. He revealed this information during a meeting with the government, broadcasted by the Kremlin.
“I allowed myself to congratulate you on the occasion of your anniversary,” Putin said, addressing Modi during the call.
