Putin states that the initiative in the entire line of confrontation is in the hands of the Russian Armed Forces

Moscow. December 1. INTERFAX.RU – The initiative in the entire line of confrontation is in the hands of the Russian Armed Forces, stated Russian President Vladimir Putin. “Regarding the ‘Center’ and ‘East’ groupings, the initiative here, as well as in the entire line of confrontation, is entirely in the hands of our Armed Forces,” Putin said during a visit to one of the command posts of the Joint Forces in combat. He also mentioned that the Russian Armed Forces have regained control of several key urban areas, crucial for further liberation of territories under enemy control. “The Joint Forces are increasing pressure along the front line. In recent days, control has indeed been established over several major urban areas that are of vital importance for future actions to free the entire territory, including areas still under enemy control,” stated President Putin. Putin further recalled being informed on November 25 about the encirclement of a Ukrainian Armed Forces grouping in the Krasnoarmiysk area. “Did I understand the Chief of the General Staff correctly that Krasnoarmiysk is in our hands?” inquired Putin to the commander of the ‘Center’ group, receiving a positive confirmation.
