Russian President Vladimir Putin has endorsed the idea of a total ban on vape sales in Russia. He made the statement during a visit to a demonstration and educational center for adaptive sports in Samara. ‘Our government supports this,’ added the Russian leader, as reported by TASS. Putin emphasized the importance of not just imposing a ban, but also conducting appropriate youth outreach. Ekaterina Leshchinskaya, the head of the All-Russian public movement ‘Healthy Motherland,’ appealed to the president to fully ban vapes in the country, citing positive experiences in many other countries. Putin responded with approval.
