Record in sight! Total capacity for Botafogo x Vasco at Nilton Santos is 41,621 seats

Botafogo is set to break its attendance record for the 2025 season against Vasco at Nilton Santos Stadium in the Copa do Brasil quarterfinals. According to the Classic Action Plan, the total capacity released was 41,621 seats, including tickets sold, boxes, free tickets by law, and courtesy tickets. As previously reported, all tickets have been sold out. Vasco’s fans, who will be seated in the South section, have also sold out their allocation – with 1,500 tickets sold to away supporters, in addition to 300 courtesy tickets and 200 free tickets by law, totaling 2,000 seats available. Botafogo’s largest crowd in 2025 so far was 37,131 attendees, during the victory over LDU by 1-0 in the Copa Libertadores round of 16. In 2024, the record at Nilton Santos Stadium was 42,982 fans during the unforgettable 5-0 win over Peñarol in the Copa Libertadores semifinal.
