The heavy initiative worth approximately 123 crores is being executed, with all district collectors and fisheries officials conducting a video conference from the ministry office on Monday. Minister Srihari highlighted the importance of empowering officials to eliminate any discrepancies and communicated the objectives, details, and the number of seedlings already distributed to the public for a comprehensive understanding.
