Rio de Janeiro City Hall announces payment of Results Agreement on the 30th

The scores range from 0 to 10, and the overall average reached by the city was 7.35. In total, 83% of the departments and entities evaluated had an average above 7, meeting the goals set at the beginning of 2024. The bonus percentage varies from 20% to 100% of the 13th-month salary, depending on the score. “The Results Agreement is a management program similar to the most modern methods applied by private companies to reward employees who meet the annual goals,” explains the city hall. Among the goals achieved in 2024, Rio de Janeiro City Hall highlighted that it reached 50% of students studying in full-time, with 202 Technological Experimental Gyms (GETs) in operation. Out of this total, 127 units were inaugurated in 2024.
