We are experiencing a profound transition in the international order. The emerging multipolar world requires countries, especially the major economies, to reconfigure global governance based on dialogue, representation, and respect for differences. In this process, the role of Brics, as a force of balance and proposition, gains centrality, especially in the dialogue with the European Union and the United States. However, the challenge is not to replace old hegemonies with new ones, but to build a reformed, inclusive, and cooperative multilateralism. The G20 emerges as the main strategic space for this dialogue. The simultaneous presence of Brics, EU, and the US provides a rare opportunity for articulation between different worldviews, whether economic, political, or legal. In a scenario of geopolitical disputes and normative fragmentation, the G20 remains an essential arena for building agreements on urgent issues such as climate change, international taxation, digital trade, and reforms in global financial institutions.

Role of Brics is to promote inclusive and fair multilateral relations
