The Romanian Ministry of Defense stated that during the Russian attack on neighboring Ukraine, a drone violated Romanian airspace, prompting Romania to urgently dispatch fighter jets. Kiev has accused Moscow of expanding the war. At the same time Romania took this action on Saturday, Poland also deployed aircraft and closed an airport in the eastern city of Lublin due to drone threats.
