Russian judokas took two medals on the tournament’s first day. At the Youth Judo World Championship, fans rightfully expected medals from Russian athletes. Russian judoka Nadezhda Mishenkina won gold in the under-48kg class after defeating her opponent from Kazakhstan in only 45 seconds. Her flawless performance was both impressive and elegant, capturing the attention of the audience.
