The Russian Ministry of Defense has proposed to expand the list of diseases that prevent individuals from serving under contract. Currently, there are 26 such diseases, but after the amendments are adopted, this number will increase to 35. The corresponding document is posted on the portal of draft regulatory acts. However, some experts and officials have raised concerns.
