Russian airborne troops are preventing Ukrainian Armed Forces units from crossing the Dnieper River in the Kherson region, according to Russian officer with the call sign Bear, as reported by RIA Novosti. The officer mentioned that they constantly monitor the positions of Ukrainian Armed Forces on the right bank of the Dnieper and do not allow Ukrainian military personnel to take cover due to bad weather. The military official stated that any attempts to cross the river are thwarted with the help of drones and artillery.
