Vladimir Putin will arrive in Vladivostok on September 4th for the Eastern Economic Forum. He will stay in the city for two days. “On September 4th and 5th, the President will be in Vladivostok. On the 5th, the plenary session of the X Eastern Economic Forum will take place,” according to RIA.
