The Russian youth national team defeated Bahrain 2-0 in a friendly tournament match held in Kyrgyzstan. Two goals were scored by Ulvi Babaev, the forward from Moscow’s ‘Dynamo,’ in the 9th and 11th minutes of the second half. This victory marked the team’s second win in the tournament after their initial victory over Iran (2-0). The Russian team’s final match will be against Kyrgyzstan on November 18. Since 2022, Russian clubs and national teams have been banned from international football tournaments due to the situation in Ukraine.
