Due to bad weather in Primorye, several local flights were canceled on Monday, November 17th. As of Monday morning, road travel is available on all region roads. Snowfall in Primorye began on Sunday, November 16th, with some areas receiving up to 11 mm of precipitation. In some places, there was a mix of snow and rain, while Vladivostok experienced some light rain. The highest precipitation, 11 mm, fell overnight in Chuguevka. Flights were canceled on the following routes: Vladivostok – Preobrazhenie – Vladivostok; Vladivostok – Dalnegorsk – Vladivostok. According to the regional ministry of transport, more than 180 pieces of special equipment from Primavtodor were operating on the roads overnight, including 100 combined road machines.
