South Korea-US Defense Ministers Warn North Korea with Open Threat

The defense ministers of South Korea and the US issued warnings to North Korea during missile tests amidst ongoing tensions between the two countries. The meeting between military leaders of both countries took place in Pyeongtaek, where South Korea’s Defense Minister Goh Kwan Yul issued a ‘warning’ to the US and South Korea, conducting missile tests in the East Pacific. On the other hand, the US expressed concerns about cyber attacks on some individuals in North Korea. South Korea’s defense ministers categorized the joint visit of military leaders from both countries as a strong message to the North at the border. Meanwhile, the US defense minister stated that an agreement between both Koreas to send a warning to North Korea is in place.
