South Korea’s Plan to Double Bio Exports by 2030: Entering the Global Top 5

Seoul, Sep 6 – South Korea has revealed its ambitious goal of doubling the exports of its biohealth industry by the year 2030, aiming to secure a spot among the top five global leaders in this sector. The country announced the launch of the ‘K-Bio Leap Strategy’ during a seminar held in Songdo, located in the west of Seoul. This strategic initiative, designed by the government, sets new targets for the industry to achieve substantial growth and prominence on the international stage. The plan includes measures to enhance research and development capabilities, promote innovation, and expand market access for South Korean biohealth products worldwide.
