Standardizing Administrative Enforcement Involving Enterprises to Optimize the Legal Business Environment: Supreme Court Releases Typical Cases of Administrative Enforcement Involving Enterprises

According to the Supreme Court, the rule of law is crucial for creating a favorable business environment. In order to fully leverage the exemplary role of typical cases and provide strict and fair judicial support for the high-quality development of private economy, the Supreme People’s Court has selected 10 typical cases of administrative enforcement involving enterprises. These cases will be released in two batches, each including 2 administrative enforcement measures, 2 administrative enforcement executions, and 1 non-litigation administrative enforcement case.

The selected cases have four main characteristics. First, they involve a variety of administrative enforcement types, including sealing facilities, seizing assets, administrative enforcement executions, and applying for compulsory court enforcement.
