New Delhi – Under the leadership of Elon Musk, Starlink will conduct security and technical testing in Mumbai on October 30 and 31 for satellite broadband services. Sources revealed that this testing, conducted in front of Law Enforcement Agencies, will be based on the temporary spectrum for Starlink. Prior approval is mandatory before starting commercial services for Starlink. Testing will demonstrate compliance with security and technical standards of the GMPCS Authority.
