The Ministry of Health launched on Wednesday (1st) a vaccination campaign aimed at protecting children and teenagers up to 15 years old. Over 6.8 million doses have been distributed for the campaign, which will run from October 6 to 31. The Mobilization Day is set for the 18th, a Saturday, when health centers will be open. The ministry will send vaccination campaign alerts to 40 million people through the Meu SUS Digital app. The ministry allocated R$ 150 million to municipalities to organize the campaign. ‘During the campaign, all vaccines provided in the 2025 National Vaccination Schedule will be available, including vaccines against polio and Covid-19, covering children and adolescents’ vaccination schedules. Priorities include identifying those unvaccinated against HPV, yellow fever, and measles,’ says the Health Ministry.
