Tata Sierra’s SUV model offers two petrol and one diesel engine options. Tata Motors introduced the Sierra SUV model with a redesigned look to compete in the SUV market. The car was showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo and has since garnered attention for its cutting-edge updates. Now, Tata Sierra is dominating the Indian auto market with its exclusive sales.
The new Tata Sierra SUV model starts at Rs 11.49 lakh. Pre-bookings will open from December 16, and deliveries are set to begin from January 15 next year. The engine options include a 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.5L turbocharged direct injection petrol, and a 1.5L diesel option. The turbo engine produces 170hp and 280Nm torque.
The turbo petrol engine comes with a 6-speed automatic and manual transmission options. Meanwhile, the naturally aspirated engine offers a 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT transmission options. The turbo diesel engine, on the other hand, provides a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox options.
The Sierra SUV features a spacious cabin with a black & cream theme, hosting a 3-Connect screen setup. It includes a digital instrument cluster, infotainment system, and rear-seat entertainment. Additional features like ventilated and powered front seats, dual-zone climate control, wireless charging, rear sunshades, and connected car technology are also available.
For safety, level 2 ADAS, 360-degree camera, and more advanced airbags are integrated. Potential buyers can choose from eight attractive colors for the Tata Sierra, including Adventurer, Bengal Rouge, Earthy Brown, Mist Grey, Moonlit Silver, and Prestige Oyster.
