Ituran has reported a significant increase in efficiency in recovering stolen cars thanks to its own telematics and round-the-clock control centers. According to co-owner Eyal Sheratsky, the system ensures around 85% of recoveries within 30-60 minutes, which significantly exceeds the global average. Ituran operates in 2.6 million connected vehicles and collaborates with manufacturers like Nissan, GM, and Renault. The technology combines equipment, software, and operational teams, setting Ituran apart from competitors who rely on third-party services. The company is also implementing AI to analyze driver habits and detect theft attempts faster.
