Telangana Government Takes Crucial Decision on Land Registrations, Starting from December 3rd

In Telangana, the government has taken crucial decisions to curb illegal land registrations of government, assigned, and endowment lands. Under Section 22(E) of the Registration Act, the government has decided to provide the list of prohibited land records to the public from December 3rd. District Collectors have complied with the High Court orders in preparing these lists. After rectifying errors, the erroneous records will be made available to the public domain for registration. This move aims to prevent illegal registrations and increase transparency in land transactions.
