The Telangana government has recently released the list of holidays for the year 2026 that are associated with the state. Under the directives of Chief Secretary, a total of 27 General Holidays and 26 Optional Holidays have been announced. These general holidays include important festivals like Sankranti, Republic Day, Eid, Dasara, Diwali, Christmas, among others. Optional holidays allow employees to choose five days based on their preferences.
