General Motors is preparing to debut the next-generation GMC Sierra 1500 pickup truck, expected to launch in 2027. During recent road tests, spies were able to catch a glimpse of the model with minimal camouflage for the first time. The photos reveal redesigned headlights, a new front end with an aerodynamic bumper and large air intakes, as well as modified taillights. Interior updates will include a fully digital instrument cluster, enhanced finishing materials, and an expanded set of driver assists. Under the hood, a new generation of V8 gasoline engines and hybrid technology are expected. The pickup will retain the sturdy T1 platform, with tweaks to improve comfort and efficiency.
