First Admiral Tunggul, Head of the Indonesian Navy Information Service (Kadispenal), stated that three warships departed from the Jakarta Kolinlamil Dock on Sunday, November 30, 2025. KRI dr. Soeharso-990 (SHS) departed from Jakarta to Langsa City, Aceh. KRI Teluk Gilimanuk-531 (TGK) departed from Jakarta to Lhokseumawe, Aceh. KRI Semarang-594 (SMR) departed from Jakarta to Nias Island, North Sumatra. Meanwhile, KRI dr. Radjiman Wedyodiningrat-992 (RJW) departed from Surabaya to Sibolga. The KRI Sutedi Senaputra-378 (SSA), already in the Belawan area, is moving towards Langsa. ‘All of them are moving on this November 30 to the locations affected by natural disasters. Today (ships from Jakarta), departure from Kolinlamil,’ said Tunggul when contacted by Tribunnews.com on Sunday, November 30, 2025. ‘The logistics items to be loaded onto all warships include food, drinks, medicines, clothing, and oxygen cylinders. The logistics embarkation process is coordinated by the I, II, and III Navy Regional Commands,’ he added. Tunggul said that the Indonesian Navy is focusing on deploying Hospital Ships, namely KRI dr. Soeharso-990 and KRI dr. Radjiman Wedyodiningrat-992, which will carry medical teams and complete health facilities. KRI dr. Soeharso-990 is carrying 9 Health Department personnel from the Navy along with 80 personnel from the Marine Health Battalion carrying a complete Field Hospital set up with tents, cots, and ambulances.
