Toronto Police Accuse Father of Abducting 2-Year-Old Son and Flying to Ethiopia

A 34-year-old man, Modupe Owaseye, allegedly left the country without consent from the child’s mom, taking his two-year-old son with him. Toronto Police have reported the father’s actions as accusing him of abducting his son and flying to Ethiopia. The accused, Modupe Owaseye, reportedly traveled to Ethiopia with his son, Emmanuel, on Thursday without the consent of Emmanuel’s mother. Owaseye is wanted for the abduction of a person under 16 years old. Descriptions provided by the authorities state that Owaseye is 5-foot-7, 150 pounds, with short brown hair, and clean shaven, last seen in a grey sweater and black pants. Emmanuel, the two-year-old boy, is described as two feet tall, last seen wearing a black hat, green sweater with white teddy bears, beige pants, and black running shoes.
