Tourist Bus carrying school students met with accident in Idukki; 36 injured

The government higher secondary school students of Thiruvananthapuram were involved in the accident. Six of the injured are in critical condition. The accident occurred at 12:45 am on Sunday. After visiting Kodai canal, the group was returning when the bus met with the accident. Out of the three buses for the trip, one was the unfortunate vehicle. At the time of the accident, there were 46 students and six teachers on board. The sudden jerk caused the driver to lose control and veer off the road.
