Toyota Sales in Russia Double: Жет: 2x Increase

In November, Russia saw 3970 new Toyota cars registered, a 109% increase from the 1896 units sold in November the previous year, as reported by Sergey Tselikov, head of Avtostat in his telegram channel. Over the 11 months of 2025, Toyota car sales in Russia increased by a third (33.6%) to 25,357 units. The Japanese automaker retains its position as the top non-officially imported brand in Russia. Toyota ranks 10th in overall sales for 2025 so far, climbing to 8th place in November.
The most popular Toyota model in Russia remains the RAV4 crossover, accounting for a third of consumer demand (33.3%). The second most popular model is the Highlander (23%), followed by the Camry sedan in third place (21%). The legendary off-roaders Land Cruiser 300 and Prado also enjoy significant demand. More than 80% of new Toyota cars registered in Russia were manufactured in China. It’s worth noting that 4% of these vehicles have right-hand drive.
