In the evening on Saturday, specialists from the Traffic Management Center connected a traffic light controller at the intersection of Russkaya and 100th Anniversary of Vladivostok Avenue. They had planned to work on this for two days, but the employees made every effort to finish earlier. Next, they launched the new traffic lights in test mode, checked the operation of each phase, and adjusted the settings in the automated system. This morning, there was only a small traffic jam in front of the intersection from the Postysheva side. It was nothing compared to yesterday’s 8-point traffic jams. However, drivers said: ‘It’s not over yet.’ And indeed, traffic jams are gradually increasing.
