President Donald Trump has imposed an additional 25% tariff on India, bringing the total tariff to 50%. This will be separate from the previously imposed 26% tariff. In this way, India will now face a 51% tariff. Trump has also signed off on the order, which will take effect from August 27, causing tensions to deepen between India and the US.
