Washington, President Trump accuses Venezuela, Mexico and various other countries of sending drug shipments to the US. Additionally, Trump has authorized drug interdiction operations against vessels carrying drugs through maritime routes. As a result, the US military is targeting suspected drug vessels in the Pacific. So far, over 60 individuals have lost their lives in these operations. Concerns arise over a recent drug interdiction operation conducted by the US on a ship suspected of carrying drugs through the Eastern Pacific Ocean. Three individuals lost their lives in this operation.
