The results of the Vice President election are scheduled to be announced in a couple of days. Speculations are rife that some MPs have indulged in ‘cross voting’ during the elections convened for the Indian assembly. Some parties reportedly cast their votes in favor of the NDA candidate. Abhishek Banerjee was reportedly offered a sum of 20 crores for support. Tejashwi Yadav, on the other hand, did not receive the expected number of votes from his own party.
