The Kremlin mentioned, ‘A thorough exchange of views took place concerning the situation in the Middle Eastern region, including developments in the Gaza Strip.’ The ceasefire agreement in Gaza went into effect on October 10, encompassing the release of Israeli hostages in exchange for Palestinian prisoners and the establishment of a new governing mechanism without Hamas.
