Voter ID card lost? Vote with other identity cards: ECI Official Karnan

In a public statement last Thursday, Deputy Electoral Officer Karnan revealed that voters in Jubilee Hills constituency can vote using other identification cards, such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Passport, if they have lost their voter ID card. He emphasized the importance of having your name on the voter list to exercise your voting rights. Karnan also mentioned that voters should provide other identity cards along with the photo voter slip for verification at the polling center. Additionally, various government-issued cards like Aadhar card, health smart card, or Ayushman Bharat health card can be used as alternative identification.
