Wonderful Archipelago Carnival Indonesia (WACI) joined in the celebration of the second day of JFC held at Alun-alun Jember. Nine regions participated and showcased their respective cultural heritage. These regions include Yogyakarta, West Nusa Tenggara, Central Java, Papua, East Java, West Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, and East Nusa Tenggara.
