Egypt has launched the second phase of the ‘Your Home in Egypt’ initiative, a project aimed at providing housing and commercial units to Egyptians living abroad. Prime Minister Mostafa Kamal Madbouly introduced the initiative, offering approximately 3,000 units in locations such as New Cairo, New Alamein, and the New Administrative Capital. Registration for the program will be open from August 30 to September 4, providing opportunities for expatriates to invest in the rapidly developing real estate market in Egypt.
